Fruit of the Spirit

But the fruit of the Spirit is . . .joy.

Galatians 5:22

             Joy in the Holly Spirit. (Romans 14:17)  Joy that is inexpressible and filled with glory. (1 Peter 1:8) As sorrowful, yet always rejoicing. (2 Corinthians 6:10) In all our affliction, I am overflowing with joy. (2 Corinthians 7:4)  We rejoice in our sufferings. (Romans 5:3)

             Jesus, the founder and perfecter of our faith for the joy that was set before him endured the cross, despising the shame. (Hebrews 12:2)  “These things I have spoken to you, that my joy may be in you, and that your joy may be full. (John 15:11)  For as we share abundantly in Christ’s sufferings, so through Christ we share abundantly in comfort too. (2 Corinthians 1:5)  Rejoice in the Lord always again I will say, Rejoice. (Philippians 4:4) “The joy of the Lord is your strength.” (Nehemiah 8:10)

             In your presence there is fullness of joy; at your right hand are pleasures forevermore. ( Psalms 16:11) “For the Lamb in the midst of the throne will be their shepherd, and he will guide them to springs of living water, and God will wipe away every tear from their eyes.”  (Revelation 7:17)
